Tasting Notes:
After a near perfect growing season producing abundance of fruit. Sunny an warm throughout the summer led to an earlier harvest. Fortunately for us, we were able to pick the fruit before October fires occurred so no risk of smoke taint. We continue to make a full bodied wine, with intense dark color. Tastes of dark dark cherry and chocolate and a bouquet of dark rich fruit. Even and balanced tannins on the palate. Will pair nicely with food. Ready to drink now and will hold for years.
